Shipping Clause:
1. Delivery Point: The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer at the agreed-upon destination as specified in the purchase agreement.
2. Shipping Method: The Seller shall select a suitable carrier and shipping method unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Any specific shipping requirements must be communicated in writing prior to shipment.
3. Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss shall pass from the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier at the designated shipping point.
4. Delivery Schedule:The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of the goods. However, the Seller shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond their control.
5. Inspection and Acceptance: The Buyer shall inspect the goods promptly upon receipt and notify the Seller of any visible damage or discrepancies. Failure to notify the Seller within a reasonable time frame shall constitute acceptance of the goods.
6. Insurance: The Seller may, at their discretion and expense, obtain insurance for the goods in transit. Any claims for loss or damage during transit shall be handled in accordance with the terms of the insurance policy.
7. Customs and Duties: The Buyer shall be responsible for all customs clearance procedures, duties, taxes, and other charges associated with the importation of the goods into the destination country.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform their obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.
9. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California,United States, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
10. Amendment: This shipping clause may only be amended or modified by a written agreement signed by both parties.
11. The following table is the shipping fee corresponding to the package weight of 0.5-20KG. The unit is US dollars. This freight table is only applicable to the continental United States. Please contact us to discuss the shipping fee in other regions!
